Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the Mova Glow online store and buy from us. Mova Glow is owned and operated by MASSALHA FZCO (Trade License No. 20094, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Mova Glow", "we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

1. Using the store

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate details and to use the store lawfully.
  • If you create an account, keep access to your email and login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Please keep a copy of your order confirmation for your records.
  • We currently sell to and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
  • We do not sell to, or deliver for, any person, entity or country that is subject to sanctions under UAE law, United Nations sanctions, or other sanctions that apply to us or our payment providers.

2. Our products

Mova Glow sells skin-care and hair-care devices, such as facial cleansing and massage devices and hair-care tools. They are cosmetic personal-care devices for use at home. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, or to replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.

Before using a device:

  • read the user manual and follow its instructions and safety warnings;
  • use only the charger or cable supplied, or one the manual recommends;
  • keep the device away from water unless it is rated water-resistant;
  • try it on a small area first, do not use it on broken, sunburnt or irritated skin, and stop using it if you notice redness, irritation or discomfort;
  • if you are pregnant, have a skin or medical condition, or have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, check with your doctor before use; and
  • keep devices and tools out of reach of children.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). MASSALHA FZCO is not registered for UAE VAT, so no VAT is added to your order. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

  • Your order confirmation means we have received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside the UAE, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund that item.

5. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card number. We may cancel an order if payment is declined or not completed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE. All orders ship from Dubai, are dispatched within 1 business day and usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping is AED 15, or free on orders of AED 150 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to you or to the person who accepts it at your address.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds, the hygiene rules for devices that touch the skin or hair, and the 6-month warranty on electrical and battery-powered devices are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The full warranty terms are on our Warranty page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Mova Glow online store, including its name, logo, text and photos, belongs to MASSALHA FZCO or its licensors and may not be used commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a device or by not following its user manual. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue together; our complaints process is on our Contact page.
